The Sarasota County Agricultural Fair Association, Inc. requires a Certificate of Insurance in minimum the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) and Property Damage in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) and the Certificate shall name the
SARASOTA COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR ASSOCIATION, INC.
as an additional insured for damages arising out of the negligent acts or omissions of the Licensee.
ALL COVERAGES SHALL BE WRITTEN ON AN OCCURRENCE RATHER THAN CLAIMS MADE BASIS. LESSEE SHALL OBTAIN AND KEEP POLICY IN FORCE UNTIL COMPLETION OF EVENT, INCLUDING SET UP AND TEAR DOWN.
