The meeting is open to individuals that are willing to contribute to the success of the youth programs at the Sarasota County Fair. Discussions will involve documenting procedures to create a positive atmosphere for the youth and parents in the various agricultural commodities represented in a round table format. Participants are encouraged to attend to provide positive feedback even if not on the Livestock Committee.
