Sarasota County Public Utilities is hosting a job fair from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., Thursday, June 1, at Robarts Arena, 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota.

A typical day at the “office” includes utility operations, maintenance, repair, installation, or construction of the potable and reclaimed water distribution, wastewater, gravity, vacuum and pressurized sewer collection systems.
Interested candidates should bring their resume, copies of any relevant certifications and identification cards, and be prepared to meet with hiring managers and county staff, possibly leaving with a job offer.
